Everyone on the staff was great with us. We are very happy with the service that we received. My first 4 yr lease of a new Civic with Parkway Honda was ending in Dec 2012. I was now faced with my first lease return; buying either new or used and deciding on the right vehicle for my growing family. I ending in Dec 2012. I was now faced with my first lease return; buying either new or used and deciding on the right vehicle for my growing family. I was told that Al would be the best person to speak with. He made the lease return as easy as signing a few papers and handing over the keys. I gave Al my budget and a list of must haves. Al found me the used CRV that I wanted with all the bells and whistles, including the extended warranty, within my budget. Al didnt make me feel like I was being pressured into buying, or that I was being swindled, which was my biggest fear. I was so impressed by the quality of service and the ease of buying from Al and Paul (the manager) that I took my sister-in-law to purchase her first Odessey the very next week. Dealing with the service desk has been a good experience in a comfortable friendly environment. If you are in the market for a vehicle, or you are a female who doesn't want to be scammed, you need peace of mind, Parkway Honda is the dealership and Al is the salesman for you. More

.On Friday July 29, 2013 I visited Parkway Honda and was assisted by Al Ramji who was very helpful and courteous. I purchased a used vehicle as is and after the safety came back with some issues the manager assisted by Al Ramji who was very helpful and courteous.
