While in for service I mentioned that my trailer brake warning came up the diagnosis was if it doesn’t come back don’t worry . Fault codes come up for very specific reasons and a trailer brake fault when towing my trailer if I was going downhill would quite likely lead to burning my brakes out or even crashing my truck and kissing my trailer good by . Don’t worry is not a good answer and I am justifiably angry over that answer. Their professionalism and customer service needs a great deal of improvement. When I picked up my new truck which I specified was for towing I realized that it was illegal to tow my trailer. All dealerships rip you off with book rate repairs that at best takes half the time. Mechanic gets 30 and dealer charges 135 just not right.
