I was having my car serviced last week. The technician was David and he did his typically very good service. But I want to mention Monik. When I came to get car I explained that my cell was The technician was David and he did his typically very good service. But I want to mention Monik. When I came to get car I explained that my cell was not working with the Bluetooth hands free devise. He tried to get it working. In the end it was my cell that needed updating. Monik was very patient had helped get the cell updated and linked with the car. It took him at least 15 to 20 minutes. He was most kind and helpful and I appreciated it very much! His attitude and demeanor was exceptional. More
