After all, they want to lure the customer in and not fulfill the promised condition. Another issue spotted is poor record keeping and wrong data entry in their database system for an undefined reason. More

I was very impressed firstly with the premises which clearly reflected the quality of of BMW. The store was filled with smiling faces, I suspect because of happy employees. I happened by the Lot just at closing and he was about to leave. He stopped and spent the next 30 mins with me showing off the car I was interested in. As promised later that evening he emailed all available records on the car which was appreciated. He was very relaxed and built a trustworthy relationship with me. My first offer was below what he thought would be excepted and suggested a slightly higher number which was approved. there was no haggling. Delivery of the car a few days later was exceptional. Options where thoroughly explained and he took the time to ensure the BMW App was loaded correctly. Later in the evening I called him with a few more questions which were promptly answered. The car is exceptional and has exceeded my expectations. The sales process was equally exceptional. Thanks. More

The service department, which Mike Warner runs, is excellent; David, Monik, and Solomon are very polite, pay great attention to detail, and always keep in touch about the progress of my car when in service. I do not have a lot of interaction with the mechanics as they are behind the scenes, but my car always runs well after they have had it; I never have to return for the same thing besides brakes and service. Although he is no longer there, Adamo was an amazing mechanic, and I was sad when he went to an educator's job, but I know why he was offered it! Stefania, Deborah and Amy at the front desk are always friendly when I call in and direct my calls to the right person quickly and correctly! The parts department Chris and Chris are always accommodating, quickly getting me the correct parts and incredibly knowledgeable. Heather and Melissa, who are in finance, are also very knowledgeable and always explain all my options. Finally, the two great drivers who safely get me to where I need to be once I drop my car off for service and pick me up when my car is ready are incredibly personable, and we always chat en route.
