The car that suppose to be clean - Had 5 claims.. I hope not a single person have to deal with Andrew ( used cars manager ) one of the most unprofessional person I`ve ever seen in my entire life.. I hope not a single person have to deal with Andrew ( used cars manager ) one of the most unprofessional person I`ve ever seen in my entire life.. I bought a Certified pre owned car from them, they told me its clean car with no claims and its also on my paper work where clearly they indicated ' NO " on damages or claims over 2k on the car. The car has 5 claims on it with over $7500 dollars damage. one of the accidents has not been even fixed and thyre telling me is " polishing". went back to talk to Andrew and what he said basically was too bad you bought the car, now u gotta deal with it. Im taking legal action now. Stay away from them. More
Service Excellence beyond reproach You expect to be treated well when you are buying a car, but quite often that service quotient does not continue into the service bay of a dealership. You expect to be treated well when you are buying a car, but quite often that service quotient does not continue into the service bay of a dealership. Park Shore BMW is a very rare exception. I would have to say that my service experience was better than any service I have received from a 5 star hotel concierge. The Service Centre at Park Shore BMW is a well oiled machine. You roll in for your scheduled appointment, get out of your car, enter the service greeting area to meet your Service Representative. After being offered coffee or cold water, (even my dog was invited in and given some water) your work order is reviewed. I was offered a ride home or the option of a courtesy car. My latest experience was with Brad Hofman, Service Specialist who not only drove me home, he later returned my car to my house. Everything that I needed to have looked at was executed and I received over and above my scheduled service. My clock was adjusted to match day light savings time. My car was washed, dried and vacuumed. My key fob had new batteries replaced and worked better than ever. I wish my car required service more often because the experience is very special. I even bought 3 more years of extended warranty, and I am grateful to Brad for encouraging me to do this. I feel safe and protected and know that I am in good hands. I love my BMW X5 and all that comes with it! More
First Experience with BMW Dealer Service I recently bought a used BMW Z3 with low miles. There was a sticker on the window and an indication on the dash that it needed an oil change. I decide I recently bought a used BMW Z3 with low miles. There was a sticker on the window and an indication on the dash that it needed an oil change. I decided to have a dealer do the oil change so they could inspect the car to see if there was anything that needed repair. I took it to Park Shore BMW. I was very pleased with the service. They let me into the shop to see the underside of the car while it was on the hoist. They told me beforehand how much it would cost, then charged substantially less. The mechanic was happy to explain a few things to me I didn't understand about a couple of systems, and pointed out a couple of suspension components that were beginning to show wear. After service, they washed the car and vacuumed the interior. Perhaps, recognizing that I was a new BMW owner, they decided to impress me so that I might be inclines to come back when I needed more service or repairs. Well, it worked. Although i bought a repair manual, and intend on doing some stuff myself, I will always check with them first. I thought their charges were very reasonable. More
