Great place to buy a vehiole I purchase 2013 Mazda CX 5 CS. I got great service from the time I stepped into there showroom. I was met by JK (Jaekyung) We went to the SUV I wen I purchase 2013 Mazda CX 5 CS. I got great service from the time I stepped into there showroom. I was met by JK (Jaekyung) We went to the SUV I went to look at. He gave me a through demo and explained everthing about the vehicle from end to end and under the hood and interior. We then went for a drive. We went back to showroom and talked and made a deal. not once was I pressured or anything. I got a great deal freindly service from all staff service manager and finance manager everyone was great and treated me well. I recommend them anytime to buy a vehicle. Thank-you Park Mazda More

It had a strong smoke smell to it, but our salesperson Todd did his best to find another option for us and the manager, Darian, offered to run a machine in it to clean it out, and then see if it worked for us. Both gentlemen were kind, accommodating, and understanding of our requirements, though we were pretty picky and tricky to work with due to a tight budget. We found a vehicle elsewhere that had a few more of our desired features (different make as well), but I would 100% recommend this dealership for the experience we had with the sales staff there. I stopped by Park Mazda to see how they played the game; I have been through the lot before but never with the thought of making a purchase. This time it was top of my mind as I had done all my homework and knew what I wanted and what I was willing to pay for a new Mazda 3. First thing when I pulled up was someone came out and greeted me, that is exactly what I was hoping for. It was Chris Anhill and I very much appreciated it. Many think it is too pushy when they come out, but to me this said professional, courteous with a welcome to Park Mazda greeting, made me feel comfortable. We started talking and I explained to him my goal for that day as I had figured it out before I went in and I was determined to get it set up that way. I was after a lease, but I wanted to trade a vehicle with negative equity off on the new car. He was unsure if it could be done but he asked someone else to look into it as we went for a ride in the new car. The Mazda 3 was everything I had read about in reviews, a nice solid little car that would get me around comfortably and with very little fuel expense. We returned to the dealership and I confirmed this was the car I would want, we sat down and wrote up the deal and I told him I was pre-shopping for my wife, as this would be done in her name and I just wanted to know if it was possible. He was unable to get the answer right away and said he would call me when he had knew. Later that day he called, confirmed it and even gave me a good number. I set up an appointment for my wife and I to return and make the deal. We arrived for the appointment we had set and she took the vehicle out for a short drive while his manager confirmed numbers on our trade. It got a bit dicey here but He was able to hold it together. The number they came up with on the trade was quite a bit shy of what we were told. I don’t blame them for this as anyone would do the same, after all the car business is about making money. We came to an agreement and it wasn’t much longer until we finalized the deal with the Finance Director, Pat Sawa. He was great and in the end we drove away happy, with a great car and a good feeling as though everybody won. It was all low pressure but constant forward motion. In the end the time spent at the dealership was minimal and while we were there all staff treated us great. I would recommend Park Mazda to anyone. More

As a Sherwood Park resident I was hoping to find a dealer close to home, however it was also important to me that the dealership I chose had a great reputation - both for sales and the service department. So happy to say that SP Mazda fit the bill on all accounts. The sales team (internet sales, showroom sales and the sales manager) were all very friendly and helpful. As I had already done my research before heading out for a test drive Mike let us head out in the CX-5 GT (tech package) without him so that we could focus on the experience rather than listening to high pressure sales tactics. I was clear from the beginning that I don't like to haggle back and forth - just give me the best deal that you can and I will compare it to make sure it truly is. I was not disappointed and we quicly reached a fair deal. In less than 2 days I took my new ride home and I am very happy with both the service and my amzaing new SUV! Thanks Park Mazda! More

Rick was friendly and very knowledgeable without being pushy. The test drive went well and there was no pressure afterwards to make a sale. When the second test drive was over Rick answered all our questions and we set up an appointment the following day to proceed with the purchase. The next day Rick was held up with another customer when we arrived but a colleague was helpful and friendly. We purchased the vehicle that day. The finance person was equally as friendly and had us ready to go quickly. When we returned to pick up our new car, Rick showed us every aspect of the car and even helped us to set up our Bluetooth. From the time we entered the dealership to the time we drove our new car out, we had a friendly and positive experience. More
