I brought my mazda3 in for non start issue. After 2h diagnostics /$400, they found faulty PCM, $3000 to replace. Since I had a used one, they tried it and did not work either and after another After 2h diagnostics /$400, they found faulty PCM, $3000 to replace. Since I had a used one, they tried it and did not work either and after another $ 300 of diagnostics they found a faulty emission harness, $5000 to replace. that would be about $9000 spent and it would not fix it . As I found later myself the open CANbus wire in a different harness. They were testing the wrong one !!! Luckily it cost me only $750 for the experience and assurance to never use their service ever! I never thought I’d have good things to say about dealerships in the modern era, but I liked this place when it comes to car shopping. They don’t have a pressure focused corporate culture and it s dealerships in the modern era, but I liked this place when it comes to car shopping. They don’t have a pressure focused corporate culture and it shows. No pressure to buy and they even let me take the car home for 24 hour evaluation. (When does that happen in the modern age?) I will say, that other dealerships now juice their reviews to falsely skew positive. Not this family run dealership. For example, at different dealership, I got an email from the dealership asking how my experience was. And when I click 5 star experience, the email will forward me to the dealer rater and google website to write up a review. But when I click less than 4 star, I am not forwarded to a 3rd party review page at all. Park Mazdas financing wasn’t pushy, nor make any questionable claim why unwanted extras were mandatory. Next time I am looking to purchase a used car, the first thing I will be doing is visiting their lot. Only qualm I had, was I needed to remind them that the posted online price is the AMVIC all-in price, which includes administrative dealership fees. They did correct it, and deduct $700 from the asking price to match the posted online price. More
Signed Bill of Sale for under 40k then go to finance and they jack up the price to just under 43k and finance guy doesn’t understand that this is not acceptable but states “the computer is smarter than you” they jack up the price to just under 43k and finance guy doesn’t understand that this is not acceptable but states “the computer is smarter than you”. Walked from deal with that comment and the fact that they wouldn’t honour their price. Best thing though as Landmark was great! Got a higher end car for a way better price and a better trade in value. Overall save 7k. Stay away from all of them. Also they will put your confidential info out for everyone to see on their big tv in the finance room. We saw the details of someone financing including name address purchase price and finance amount. Not acceptable. Pointed it out and they did it again when we came for second appointment. More

Zero follow up in service department after purchase, even with extended warranty. It's unfortunate. If you buy a Mazda, they treat you like a Queen. If you negotiate with a used vehicle that is not a Ma with extended warranty. It's unfortunate. If you buy a Mazda, they treat you like a Queen.
