What we expected to be a dreaded and stressful chore turned into an amazing experience. The team was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish, and we sincerely appreciated the way we were treated. Matthew answered all our questions, made the process easy and stress-free, and never made us feel pressured. He was also very proud of the fact that Park Mazda is a family-run dealership, and that is exactly the kind of experience we were looking for. Purchasing a vehicle and going through the negotiating and financing process was not something I was looking forward to. In the past, and at other dealerships we visited during this process, we felt like we were being “worked” through a sales process. That was not the case at Park Mazda. In car sales, you never really know if you are getting a good deal, but if you feel like you did, then that matters — and we absolutely felt that way.
