I brought my mazda3 in for non start issue. After 2h diagnostics /$400, they found faulty PCM, $3000 to replace. Since I had a used one, they tried it and did not work either and after another After 2h diagnostics /$400, they found faulty PCM, $3000 to replace. Since I had a used one, they tried it and did not work either and after another $ 300 of diagnostics they found a faulty emission harness, $5000 to replace. that would be about $9000 spent and it would not fix it . As I found later myself the open CANbus wire in a different harness. They were testing the wrong one !!! Luckily it cost me only $750 for the experience and assurance to never use their service ever!
