Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with any dealership! I waited over 20 days for an appointment, only to be told on the spot that my appointment was canceled. Their excuse? They’re only servic dealership! I waited over 20 days for an appointment, only to be told on the spot that my appointment was canceled. Their excuse? They’re only servicing cars purchased directly from them—even though my car has a manufacturer recall for heated seats! This is beyond unacceptable. The complete lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service is appalling. They wasted my time and clearly don’t care about helping people, even with serious safety issues. To make matters worse, I contacted their manager, who took all my contact details and promised I would receive a call from the general manager. It’s been almost three days now, and I’ve heard nothing. This shows a complete lack of accountability. I would never trust or recommend Parklane to anyone. More
