Please do not go to this dealer for service. They charged me 178.00 to look at my 2 year old CRV that was shaking and was giving warning codes to see the dealer for mulitple issues and they said They charged me 178.00 to look at my 2 year old CRV that was shaking and was giving warning codes to see the dealer for mulitple issues and they said that it was because I had my car washed the previous day!!!! and that when it warmed up in the garage it was fine. If I knew I couldn't was a car in winter, why would I buy a 60,000 vehicule that can't be washed in winter! Seriously thinking of getting rid of this Honda. More

Please do not go there! I have a 2 and a half year old Honda Odyssey 2020. Bought it in July. My battery needs boosting every weekend when I go to my sons baseball games. T I have a 2 and a half year old Honda Odyssey 2020. Bought it in July. My battery needs boosting every weekend when I go to my sons baseball games. The issue is that the battery after 2 years has trouble keeping its charge when the car is off and you use the electric doors and windows. At baseball I often need to open my doors to get stuff. This dealership told Checked my battery and told me everything is ok. My original battery though is not the strongest they sell and not what is actually recommended for my car. My warranty ends in July and hopefully they will change the battery free of charge. When I brought it there to explain my issues, Park Avenue Honda service gave me a big speech about charging my battery by making long distances .. well I go to Cornwall and Maskinongé and the States so no that is not my problem. Then he mentioned putting my car on a battery charger all night!!! Excuse me? My car is not electric ! Worked well for summer 2020, 2021 and 2022. This winter and summer lots of issues with battery dying. If they don’t replace my battery for free, will not be going there anymore. More

They said that they wrote a check to my bank to clear out the balance of my kia. DAYS And weeks passed and im still being charged for my kia. After numerous calls to the bank they still confirm that the check was NOT received. I put a hold on my account since i cant afford 2 cars at the same time . A FULL MONTH and 2 weeks passes by and i start receiving calls from the bank saying that my credit score will be affected if i dont make a payment for the kia.. i got the new car on march 1st 2019 until this day situation is not cleared...
