I had the best sales experience possible and then some. I just bought a Honda CR-v 2020 yesterday - my dream car - impeccable interior and exterior, lots of bells and whistles. Way more car than I've ever experienced - was driving a toyota echo 2006 that got the ICBC write-off. The sales people were genuine people - and first class human beings in my book (believe me, I've been around the block a few times and with 76 years of human interaction, these guys scored as high as a person could). When I went to celebrate drinking coffee and playing cards with my best half for a couple of hours, the car would not start when we left. In panic, I phoned Pouya Gazi and better believe the unbelievable, he drove from his home in Vancouver to the parking lot at Park & Tilford. Before long there were 3 sales peeps from PC including the Sales Manager, Goran Zubac and another young salesman, Aaron Schoenenberger who was there for his expertise - anyway, I had flattened the battery when I shut it off improperly. It's mind-blowing. they came to help me at about 9pm on a Friday night and for Payu it was his day off. They were so sweet and kind plus got the car going. Did not talk down to me, instead plus plus supportive, humorous and kind. I cannot recommend this dealership too highly. and a shout-out to Peter Woodhouse, whom I met on a prior visit, looking at another vehicle, also so knowledgeable and a genuinely stellar person. What more can I say? These guys made my day, even more than buying the car, were their attitudes and behaviours - I can't describe it all here, but Peter and Pouya both got water for my senior dog! that's a small example of their overall quality of being. The salesman lacked integrity. When I asked him if 2018 Honda Fit had been in any accidents, he said a minor one that damaged the passenger si de door handle. I will be getting rid of it as soon as possible[$] paid 23,000$ cash.. now having to save up for another car[not easy for 86year old retired woman] I have been a customer of the Honda Pacific service Dept for previous Honda cars and can not believe the lack of integrity the Sales side of Pacific Honda has such a bare faced liar screwing customers with lies on the Sales side of the operation. I have owned an Accord EXR and then my Honda Fit for the past almost over 30 years.. Service Manager David has never wavered in his integrity while I have dealt with him over so many years, however this was the reason I chose the Pacific Honda to have the same integrity as the Service Dept. WRONG!!!!! I did respond to an email the Sales manager sent me and expressed my concerns right down to "Cole" on the down payment interaction when I gave him a cheque..he had the audacity to ask me how much money I had in my chequeing account, when I told my son [Owns 2 Honda] He recommended I advise the Sales Manager. overall experience on Sales side "minus 0000000. I chose to answer his question $30,000.!!!!! I have been a customer of the Service side of for over 30 years. I could go on ,however I have exceeded your limit of words. More
Poor service department. No one is helpful. Got am emission error on my new vehivle. Told I had to wait over two weeks to get an appointment. Asked if they could just check t No one is helpful. No, they couldn't help me. Asked to be in touch with the service manager. Left a message to return my call. Still waiting over a week. I booked with Destination Honda. Scanned the vehicle and ordered the part. Told the issue was not serious and I could drive safely. They also did a software update and all done promptly and with great communication. More
I found a Honda Civic online for lease transfer and decided to move forward with it and take it over from the seller. We went to Honda and they did a credit check on me to see if I will get approved. decided to move forward with it and take it over from the seller. We went to Honda and they did a credit check on me to see if I will get approved. I was approved right away and the salesman contacts us to notify us regarding this. After doing a credit check & ruining my credit score, Honda contacts the seller and provides him with an offer to buy off the civic From the seller. I am extremely disappointed by this dealership when they could have offered the seller to buy his car in the first place without putting me through the hassle of doing a credit check on me. Very unprofessional staff that work at this dealership and will be reporting this to BBB & VSA. I do NOT recommend this dealership to anyone as they will ruin your credit score for no reason. The staff and salesman that helped me were extremely unprofessional. More
I too would give this dealership a zero. Went in for service and agreed to a price, when I picked up the car, the price had doubled. I recently tried to purchase a used vehicle from them. Once, you have purchased a brand new vehicle with a comprehensive bumper to bumper insurance, everything is a NO. The don't do shuttle service, they don't do courtesy cars, they don't clean our car after any service, big or small. They make you wait very very long even if you have a scheduled appointment and the biggest thing is they are VERY VERY RUDE. And to top it of whatever was promised to you by the sales and the finance guys when you purchased a brand new vehicle is apparently NOT TRUE. the service department said sorry this is not covered as per your policy. CUSTOMERS BEWARE. The service manager DAVID as well is VERY VERY RUDE. So if you think you can complain up the ladder. FORGET IT. It is so frustrating for me that I am looking to sell my car to another dealership (NOT HONDA and buy a different car all together. My husband owns a lexus and we have had amazing service thru out. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT needs new blood and definitely a new service manager. My honda is a 2019 honda civic. More

I left my car there for recall purposes. Someone had banged my car against something. Leaving my car with extra new scratches and the bumper was smashed. Worst experience ever! I will not go to Pacific Honda in North Vancouver anymore! Here is my experience about the 2018 Honda CR-V Touring which I bought it brand new from North Vancouver Honda (Pacific Honda). A bad mistake to buy this expensive car! 1st problem, engine wasn’t getting warmed up and the water temperature was always showing cold! (heater also wasn’t working in winter because of this issue). 2nd problem, oil dilution issue!! (For those who don’t know what oil dilution means is, when un-burned fuel slips past piston rings and mixes with engine oil in the crankcase and possibly causing engine damage. It could also lead to stalling or loss of power during short trips or low-speed driving, such as in heavy traffic, especially in cold weather). 3rd problem, a hose to AC is broken and AC is not working. Honda says they are not sure when they can change the part because it is back-order! So, no AC in Summer!! The AC probably will be fixed in Wintertime. My car might have heater issue in Wintertime! Who knows! 4th problem, lights in sun visors don’t work, and visors been ordered!! A family car that doesn’t function properly when family needs it! I believe Pacific Honda knew about some 2107 and 2018 models of Honda have oil dilution issues but they never informed me! I also had 2 incidents with Pacific Honda Service department as well. First one was, I was charged for a service that was not happened on my car which I paid for as a service package. Pacific Honda offered me a discount on the next service as a compensation when I complained. The 2nd happened recently, I was booked for a whole day to change the AC hose. That AC hose is in back order and Pacific Honda never got that part!! So the day I brought my car to change a part was for nothing. For me, it is hard to trust Pacific Honda again! More
