Made an appointment three weeks ago. Drove an hour to get there. 4hour wait! No call, email or text sent to us. All of which was on file at the dealership. Used costly gas. Our time. I came in with a flat tire on my vehicle on 9am of a long weekend they had two new tires ordered, delivered and on my vehicle and had me out of there in less than three hours. I thought my long weekend was r weekend they had two new tires ordered, delivered and on my vehicle and had me out of there in less than three hours. I thought my long weekend was ruined.
