Owen Sound Hyundai has done nothing but given us the run around. I use to talk highly of the customer service but now it seems there is not a good thing to be said. - lack of customer care - No answer run around. I use to talk highly of the customer service but now it seems there is not a good thing to be said. - lack of customer care - No answers - Never following up when they say they will. - Magically misplacing our numbers on file and “couldn’t follow up”. - Returned my vehicle after well over a month of waiting with a fresh dent in the passenger door. Failed to do an oil change and failed to give us a rental vehicle in the meantime with excuse after excuse. - Still waiting on another warranty part months later with 0 communication if it’s even ordered. After multiple follow up we still are only getting the answer “we will have to call you back” and then they NEVER do. I do not recommend buying off their used car lot. I do not recommend wasting your time or hard earned money. You will not be treated as a true customer unless you by their brand even even when you pay good money for extended warranty. More
