I had a deeply disappointing experience at BMW Otto’s in Ottawa. As I walked through the dealership, I noticed the staff actively locking car doors as I approached, preventing me from even looking inside. W Ottawa. When I politely asked them to unlock the vehicles so I could view the interiors, they refused. The sales team showed no interest in engaging with me or offering assistance, making me feel unwelcome and unvalued as a potential customer. It was clear that my presence was treated as more of an inconvenience than an opportunity to provide quality service. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend BMW Otto’s to anyone looking for a respectful and professional dealership experience. More
