BRUTAL! I have been trying to payout my BMW X7 for TWO MONTHS! I leased this vehicle in December 2020 and the dealership has been playing games. They first held the payout cheque. After that they sent the cheque back to the other dealership where I traded the vehicle in. Meanwhile payments keep coming out of my account. NOW! Allegedly, I am being told that I am unable to payout the vehicle within the first year even though my BMW Financial contract says I can?! ..... BEWARE! More

Contacted Otto's via their chat feature to arrange a test drive of an M2. Received SMS messages that the appointment was set. 1st oops: I get there and they don't have any M2 to test drive and guy gets me a drive of an M2. Received SMS messages that the appointment was set. 1st oops: I get there and they don't have any M2 to test drive and guy gets me a M240 to test drive. 2nd oops: M240 has low tire pressure which defaults it to Comfort mode. The test drive was anemic at best. 3rd oops: Car has low oil pressure warning light. Like I'm going to drive a car (after I signed their waiver) spirited with that kind of trouble. 4th oops: Guy tries to tell me that the winters I have for my 2019 4-series won't work on a new BMW because not all bolt patterns are the same. Wrong, buddy! All BMWs are 5x120 bolt with 72.6PCD. Only the offsets might be different but my squared winters's don't have aggressive offsets. 5th oops: Condition rated my 2 year M Perf titanium exhaust as "good" instead of excellent. Give me a break, man! Titanium doesn't corrode. BMW fanboys should visit this dealership just for some laughs... and wrong info. More

This happened in 2018; I dropped the car for regular service and they told me your tires and brake service must be completed this time too it's a cost not under warranty I said ok no problem I can pay because I was planned to go to New York allowing week and I ask them what is the tires and brake service tech said we inspect the brake system and cleaned also we check tire pressures and install back to tires and I said go ahead. I picked the car on Friday and go to New York city wallowing Monday I stay there for 3 days in midtown and I keep my car under the hotel parking until back in Ottawa I didn't use it. When on my way to Ottawa I notice in the gas station my rear tires getting bold fast I had 4 brand-new tires soon as I back to Ottawa drive back to Ottawa BMW I explained the issues you know what they said you tire prayer was on correct u put more oar then it's must be I told them I never touch the sites you guy did the tires and brake service last week stupid tech manager said I been doing tho 20 years this is your fault I purchase from Ottos BMW 4 cars I was a really good customer of them but Ottos always makes problems they never try to make customers happy they only try to trick customers. You know want I did after these issues I switch the x4 to a Mercedes Benz Slc 43 mag. now I am so happy with the car and Mercedes service STAR MOTORS 5 star service More

My vehicle was still at 70K km, below the 80K km warranty limit after 4 years, but the service advisor had the nerve to talk me into ball joint replacement for $1900. Back to Hunt Club expanded location-Excellent service I was impressed by Otto's service this morning on their first day back at their new and expanded Hunt Club location. Not only did they take care of t I was impressed by Otto's service this morning on their first day back at their new and expanded Hunt Club location. Not only did they take care of the emergency repair on my vehicule, they did so seemlessly. First, the directions to the new service area was very good (leading you promptly to the new expanded service bays) and the service was outstanding. There were many people around that made sure that clients were all taken care of, that questions were promptly answered. Mike provided his excellent advice and assistance even taking the time to show me the new (huge) garage area and the much improved waiting area. I am sure that they did have lots of loose ends as one expects the first day of a move but what was impressive is that they managed to make it seemless to the clients/me. This experience confirms my decision to have chosen Otto as a dealership even it is means a longer drive than Elite which happens to be very close by my home. More
