This was not our first time dealing with Ottawa Dodge, as we purchased a brand new 2013 Dodge Ram pick-up truck two years ago.for my husband. This time it was my turn to get something newer than my 1998 Jimmy. I love my Ford Edge and was especially pleased with the detailing of the vehicle both inside and out. If you want a great experience whether you buy a new or used car/truck make sure to go to Ottawa Dodge. You too will leave there a very happy customer. Disappointing experience. After a long search for a specific and unique vehicle, I finally found one at Ottawa dodge. I was prepared to travel from Windsor Ontario for this vehicle. Mike T. was the salesman I dealt with and I can't say enough great things about him. He was always on the ball and made purchasing a vehicle from 10 hours away a cinch. He went above and beyond over and over again. He even went so far as purchasing my son a ball cap and helping me plan some tourist attractions. 5 stars plus for Mike T! The dealership though was very disappointing. I got sick from the flight so when my son and I arrived I quickly took care of the purchase, did a quick once-over of the vehicle, and rushed out to get to the hotel to rest. Since the vehicle was just 1.5 years old and was purchased from a dealership I made the assumption it would be clean, so to realize how dirty it was on further inspection was disappointing. Even worse was the mouse droppings I found all over it! Also, I assumed there would be an owners manual and all the floor caps (for when the seats are out) would be accounted for. It was also missing all of the valve stem caps (which protect the stem sensors). I called the vehicle after returning to Windsor to inform them of these things and was told i could have paid them to clean the van? What? I have never heard of a dealership selling a dirty van, or charging hundreds to have it cleaned. If I lived in Ottawa I would never a filthy van full of mouse poop from them again! I feel like they didn't feel the need to rectify the situation because I live so far away. Anyway, great salesman, lousy dealership. More

We were able to bring the vehicle to our own mechanic before finalizing the purchase and when there was a miscommunication regarding the time the vehicle would be ready for pick up Blake went above and beyond by arranging to have the vehicle brought to us later the same day. We felt that Blake made a significant effort to help make car shopping with a newborn go as smoothly as possible. What excellent customer service. More

I had come in during a sale where they had someone from Chrysler come in and I have to say I wasn't overly impressed with him however once he was out of the way and I was able to deal with Jordan and his manager it was a much more pleasant time. Jordan was patient and willing to listen to my ever changing wants and needs. He was responsive to my calls and emails and even went out of his way to deliver some items he couldn't get to us on the day of vehicle delivery.
