Our negotiations with Charles were clear, up-front and pleasant. He showed a real knowledge of the Wrangler and our conversations were as if we were just fellow-Jeep enthusiasts chatting about the Wrangler (rather than salesperson/clients). We completed our contact with finance wizard, Jamie Couturier, and he explained all the options. He was very pleasant and very thorough.
