50/50 Stephanie was absolutely amazing. I came in because my 2015 jeep was totalled in an accident. She took the time to hear my situation and wanted to do Stephanie was absolutely amazing. I came in because my 2015 jeep was totalled in an accident. She took the time to hear my situation and wanted to do everything she could to find me another jeep that I was happy with. The colour that I wanted was difficult to find but she managed to locate my exact model with the colour I wanted. She went, herself, to pick up the vehicle and ensure that nothing happened to it. Literally. She put herself in between objects to ensure its safety. When they were cleaning it up, I drove by and even saw her wiping the jeep! It was absolutely adorable and displayed the amount of effort and caring she holds. Unfortunately, the finance manager Joe turned the experience sour. He waited until the very last minute to tell me that there was a price change with my vehicle and argued about it. The vehicle was paid by the insurance and he was upset that they were "losing money" on this deal because they were not quick enough to give a quote to my insurance so my insurance asked another dealership who priced it cheaper than them. When I asked him about my tank being 1/4 full and how I'm suppose to have a full tank, he said no. I've purchased a new car before and knew he was full of himself. So we explained how we will just call the company and even ran into the owner and explained the situation. When I left the dealership, Stephanie called and told me to come back to fill up my tank. I have no idea how that was sorted but I'm happy it was. Overall, the experience was way more stressful than it should have been. However, if you decide to purchase your vehicle at this location then ask for Stephanie! You will be in the best hands. More
