Bad Experience.. Our Sales Representative Dilshan Kumarasinghe was great, however the Sales Manager (Mike Gervais)decided after our purchase agreement was signed, paid Our Sales Representative Dilshan Kumarasinghe was great, however the Sales Manager (Mike Gervais)decided after our purchase agreement was signed, paid for and we were about to drive away with our vehicle that we needed to pay more as our trade in vehicle wasn't what he thought it was....His concerns should have been discussed when I drove up with the trade in vehicle while I was waiting to be served as it was parked right in front of him and NOT after everything was signed and paid for and as I was walking out the door. I found this to be very unprofessional and it also ruined my daughters experience of buying her first car. For this reason I will not purchase another car from this dealership. More

Great buying experience! Living in Nunavut, a place with not many options, I was told to check out the Ottawa Dodge dealership from a friend of mine who had previously purchas Living in Nunavut, a place with not many options, I was told to check out the Ottawa Dodge dealership from a friend of mine who had previously purchased a truck from there. I did some online shopping and then was shortly connected with Dee Murphy. Considering I could never enter the dealership, she still made the experience quick and enjoyable. Dee always kept in contact with me every step of the way, which was greatly appreciated as I would have had no idea. It was a long process, only due to shipping to a remote area, but after a long 3 months I was over the moon to finally see the vehicle! It was in immaculate condition with lots of information inside. At last, I can enjoy my vehicle! And when the time comes to go back South I will definitely deal with Ottawa Dodge again! :) More
