I've had a very good experience while shopping for my 2021 Jeep Wrangler a couple of weeks ago. The sales department was wonderful! The impersonal experience with the financial department is what clouded by overall rating of this dealership. I've been at other dealerships before and I've always received excellent service from all departments. At Ottawa Saint Laurent Jeep and Ram the financial department was impersonal, did not pass along my numerous requests for contact and additional information to the sales/support department and I had to follow up several times about pick up day and time... so that caused disappointment and frustration, specially when I was making a deal for a brand new car and commiting to a big bill! Other than that, I would recommend this dealership because of the sales department along. Over the next few months I will be able to experience the service and maintenance department so I will have a more updated opinion to offer. More
