We met Elie Antoun (Sales & Leasing Consultant) for the second time to discuss the purchase of a 2017 Honda Civic sedan. From the inaugural meeting (26 Nov 2016) to the finalization of the deal, Elie was exceptional. He greeted us in a professional manner, was forthright and categorically placed an emphasis on customer service. There were no high-pressure sales tactics or gimmicks, just complete professionalism and an assurance that he would only be happy when an amicable deal was reached. Elie executed his duties with honesty, integrity and irrefutably exceeded my expectations. He was generous with his time, respectful of ours and unfailingly imparted a sense of comfort with the car purchasing process. When the deal-making process was ongoing, his intrinsic knowledge and offer presentation was invaluable. He logically guided my colleague through each phase of negotiation and truly simplified the vehicle-purchasing process. In under an hour I had gone for a test drive and negotiated a deal that was very fair and that I was very happy with. Three days later I was picking up my brand new Civic without one problem or issue throughout the entire process. Elie, knowing that I was in need of winter tires, surprised me by gifting me a set of winter tires that were his own. I was blown away, I mean honestly, how often do you hear of a salesman going above and beyond like this for a customer? I will without question be going back to Ottawa Honda in the future, and if you're looking for a new Honda, I would without a doubt recommend seeing Elie Antoun, you will not be disappointed. More

Upon arriving, we drove right into the service bay and walked over to our friendly service adviser, Jeffrey, who confirmed the service to done. Upon returning from Tim Horton's we found that the service was completed. The price was very competitive and the service hours very convenient. This was all facilitated by a happy salesman who put me at ease: Bill Hourston (613-302-7075). I would recommend him - and have already - to anyone looking to buy. The dealership was clean and well maintained which is important for me as I will be going there for service and may have to wait for my CRV to be ready. They had free coffee and excellent washroom facilities. As a family mom who drives A LOT, the 7 yr, 200,000km warranty with road side assist is perfect for me. There's room for the dog, the groceries and all the stuff of life - including the kid. More

Elie, continued to work with us in a professional and reassuring manner. While I had done extensive research on the vehicle and costing, he patiently answered any and all additional questions and working with use to put a proposal together for both the car and trade. Today he did a great run-through of the workings of the vehicle and made himself available for any future questions. While dealing with yourself, you were professional, without playing the all too typical hard nosed approach. You gave us the impression that your really wanted our business and were prepared to get a fair deal done. Finally and not least there was Joseph. Our experience with dealing with people in this role has never been positive, that is until now. Joseph, calmly explained various options to us and never once made us feel pressured one way or another. While I had already factored in doing rust prevention into my projections, I really had no intention of doing the extended warranty. Due to our positive experience thus far with everyone, I was more open to listened to this option than previously and ultimately decided to extend our warranty. Our overall experience was very positive and much more pleasant than past experiences. I’m glad I gave Ottawa Honda a chance to do business with us. More
