There is never any pressure when walking into the dealership. Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful, and always have a good laugh when we are there. I visited 3 dealerships before purchasing a 2015 CRV from Ottawa Honda. This was my second purchase from Ottawa Honda over 5years. The staff at Ottawa Honda were outstanding, very professional and accommodating. They do intend to please you, the customer, and they will do that , whatever it takes. From the Manager, through the sales staff, the parts department, and out the door, you will not find more friendly and courteous service. Thanks Ottawa Honda. Could not ask for a better experience! I called Ottawa Honda and spoke with Vicki McDermid, who immediately explained the situation to the Service Manager, Marc Houle. Moments later, Vicky was back on the line and assured me that they could do an on-site servicing of the vehicle, even though they don’t normally do this…I was shocked that they would do this…and incredibly pleased, and relieved that a solution was at hand. At the time they specified, Vicky and the Service Technician, Mathew Lefebvre, arrived, assessed the situation and fixed the problem…all in less than 15 minutes! Again, I was so pleased with the level of service, the friendliness of the people I dealt with and their expertise…and Mathew, you rock!!! Thank you very much Marc, Vicky and Mathew! More

Quick and reasonably-priced oil change Bought my 2008 Honda Fit from this dealership, and it's been there for regular service ever since. Thought I'd check out other places for oil chang Bought my 2008 Honda Fit from this dealership, and it's been there for regular service ever since. Thought I'd check out other places for oil change this time, since everyone says the dealership is more expensive. Surprisingly, they seemed to be in line with the other places I checked, coming to just over $50 after taxes, and included other basic fluid and courtesy checks. Midas, Mr Lube, Pennzoil were all in the same range. Canadian Tire might been a few dollars cheaper but I won't go near their garages. Booked an appointment for next day (also surprising... probably a lull before the winter tire rush), and was in and out within an hour. My ratings reflect past experiences as well. Quality of work: Can't judge from oil change, but in the past, where tire removals were needed e.g. for brake inspections and rotations, the plastic wheel covers were damaged in the process. Other than that, never had a problem after a job. Price: oil change seems very competitive. Some of the more involved scheduled maintenance jobs seem a little pricey, but I've never had to bring it in for even more expensive unscheduled work, so they're doing the trick. Overall experience: turnaround this time was quick, but in the past I've been there more than 2 hours. Their waiting area is nice enough though, and I usually check out the other showroom cars More

He demonstrated empathy - made us feel respected! Bill was extremely patience to gain trust with us and establish an excellent rapport with both of us. His communications to us was with simple pros and cons regarding the Honda Civic models - we had tested driven 4 other vehicles - we were knowledgeable in what type of auto we wanted. He demonstrated optimism that a final deal could be completed - even when I pushed back on the final price. Bill addressed an issue upon picking up the vehicle on Aug. 27th - he took responsibility and acted upon the issue with the Service Dept. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bill H. to family or other community people as an excellent salesperson. More

Since the initial new vehicle my experience has always been very positive from the salesperson responsible for the sale and carrying on to the eventual service requirements including any and all maintenance. I have nothing but the highest regard in my many involvements with the staff from the parts department, service advisors, service technicians and sales personnel. My specific dealings with Kewal and Nick in sales, Mike in parts, Marc and John in service and Josh in maintenance have always been most appreciated and I have been afforded quality treatment and respect as a customer. Don't expect your deposit back, if you change your mind. I was sweet talked into making a $500 deposit on a new vechicle. Due to unforseen circumstances, I had to cancel the order after 9 days. I went to the Better Business Bureau in frustration, and they eventually forced him to provide a letter to me (through them; because he lied to my face about mailing me a registered letter earlier). The photocopied letter that I eventually received wasn't even dated. I would have respected the Manager, if he would have told me up front that in Ontario, the dealership is not legally obliged to return the damage deposit. It would have saved me time and stress if he was up front with me, instead of being coy as to whether or not he would give me a refund or not. Terrible customer service! Note: In Quebec, the dealership must return the refund, if the customer asks for a refund within 10 days of the deposit. More
