Took a kia for test drive. We liked it so when we returned with it our sales man ( Kyle) he was busy with another customer but he did come over and asked how we liked it. We sat in the dealership for 3 hours. When the salesman asked us if we are okay, we said yes and just wanted to know what kind of a deal we could get on it. He said we will give you a good deal so we waited, the assistant manager came to us and took us to his work station, we talked about the car, we asked what kind of a deal we could get and gave him an offer of $500 less than the asking price. He told us the price is the price that's it!!! It was a 2017 Kia Sorento. We said no so he offered us a tv that they had in showroom for a draw. We could have it. I said no we have enough TV's in our house. So we ended up walking out. The original salesman (Kyle) ran out the door at us and asked what happened. We told him so he offered us $150 off the price. We said no you have our offer and rejected it. Why would they make us sit there if they where not willing to deal telling us they told us we could get a good deal. So we where there for a total of 4 hours, we lived 2 hours away, so we drove to purchase this vehicle and waisted our time a total of 8 hours. All I can say is do not use this dealership. More
I dropped into the Orillia Dealership today (July 4th 2024) the sales person really didn’t want anything to do with me. I was looking for a lease, if he had any sales experience he probably could have co 2024) the sales person really didn’t want anything to do with me. I was looking for a lease, if he had any sales experience he probably could have convinced me on a purchase. I bought a car a few years ago from this dealership but will never return. Lots of options out there. More
Had I written a review a year ago, I would have give this dealership a 5* rating. Bought a new 2023 Sportage with Dean, he is amazing.. had a service appointment scheduled for today at 11:00 and drove in a dealership a 5* rating. Bought a new 2023 Sportage with Dean, he is amazing.. had a service appointment scheduled for today at 11:00 and drove in an hour for it. Upon arrival was advised that they were a little behind, but they could offer us a shuttle to the Orillia downtown strip. We said yes, and were told they would call us when the car was done. All good had lunch and weather was nice we walked back and we saw that our car had been moved. Great we thought, all done. Went in only to be told they haven’t even looked at the car and it was now 1:00, 2hrs after our appt. Spoke with a man, maybe the manager,, don’t know who he was ,as he never introduced himself. He told us they can’t guarantee a specific time, and that was pretty much it.. no apologies, nothing.. Stood there for a minute as we were a little stunned and not sure what to do so we said we will reschedule. Girl at the desk was busy with another customer, didn’t even look up and said ok. We walked out ..what a waste of OUR time…. As for customer service, someone could have at least called us to up date us on what was going on,, Had we not walked back we would still be in town waiting…. Will not be going back there…. More
Awesome customer service, honest, reliable, patient and efficient. Defiantly would recommend. David M was great to work with! Our 2024 Sportage is comfortable and the ride is so smooth. Although I really enjoyed my 2021 Sportage the new model of the 2024 has so much more room. The ride is nice and for a 4 cylinder the power is better then expected. David M was our salesman and honestly he was a pleasure to deal with. It has been a great experience!! He is very professional, honest and provided great customer service. The won’t honour warranty’s . will never go there again . Crap service lies to get more money wrong size tires to get more money. Brough upholstery warranty refused to fix after a year of ignoring me asking to fix . They told me to keep engine warranty I would have to spend $5000 on regular maintenance every 3 years . This the worst dealership ever will not go back and the turn over rate is so high they forget you have appointments even though it is in the computer . You can go there if you want an argument every time you get an oil change . Tks More
I switched my business to The Orillia Kia, they made good on their promise to get me approved and into a hybrid in the same week.
