Going in and getting a brand new car can be stressful, and they made every step so effortless for me! Waj, Rudy and Les were amazing to deal with. I dealt mostly with Waj, a sales associate I believe, and even to this day, a month later, he has called to check in and see how things are as I had a couple concerns. I will make a point of driving back to this dealership to get work done, even though it is 4 hours away! 10 stars! So satisfied! More

Pathetic experience- DO NOT GO We dealt with Waj Hussain (Sales rep) and Les Plant (sales manager). They did not allow us to test drive the car without first putting down offer with We dealt with Waj Hussain (Sales rep) and Les Plant (sales manager). They did not allow us to test drive the car without first putting down offer with credit card. Waj did not honour the offer price he discussed over the phone for which we went to the dealership. Les was also very condescending and lied on multiple occasions throughout the conversation. If buyers still decide to go to this dealership, avoid atleast these 2 people. More

Great Experience! On Tuesday, Oct. 7/14 I picked up my brand new 2015 Micra. I love love love it!. But more importantly having Mo as my Sales Rep. was the icing on the On Tuesday, Oct. 7/14 I picked up my brand new 2015 Micra. I love love love it!. But more importantly having Mo as my Sales Rep. was the icing on the cake. She went above and beyond the usual customer service that one would normally expect. It was certainly a pleasure having her handle the purchase of my new car. My sister also recently purchased a new Micra with the help of Mo and loves her vehicle also. Overall, on a scale of one to ten, I would give our experience a 10+++. We will definitely be passing on the Orangeville Nissan and Mo's name to friends. Thank you for my amazing new Car!!!! I was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness, the professionalism and more importantly open lines of communication that Karen maintained during my entire experience. It was hard departing with the $5,000.00 on service costs for my Nissan 350z, however, Karen's attitude and commitment on making me feel special made the pill easier to swallow. Excellent experience with Waj and Nissan Decided to buy brand new after 10 years driving Hyundai Accent. Went to all dealerships in Orangeville. At another dealership - totally lied to abou Decided to buy brand new after 10 years driving Hyundai Accent. Went to all dealerships in Orangeville. At another dealership - totally lied to about headrest and (lack of) CD player. Did that dealership's salesman think that, being a woman, I knew nothing. Two other dealerships were so busy I felt rushed and overlooked. Kept coming back to the Micra SV. Four times - and Waj was very patient. At no time did I feel I was being pressured, rushed or manipulated. I wouldn't even drive it until the final visit as I wanted to make a decision before I fell in love with it. Have been back with several questions (not problems with the vehicles just questions because the new car has so much more on it than my 2004 car). Service department not only quick but great to work with - fine sense of humour and never made me feel my questions were silly. (Although a couple were - since I had never had the upgrades). Doing the final paperwork, when I stated firmly that I didn't want any extras such as rust proofing....the employee did not push me at all. Which I really appreciated. Love the car. Didn't enjoy visiting all the Orangeville dealerships and making the final decision. Did really appreciate Waj easy-going and patient approach. Would recommend him to my friends. I would characterize him as professional, and seeing me as a person not just a paycheque. The Orangeville Nissan employees I dealt with are excellent (and another dealership even recommended them and the Micra when I explained my requirements. More
