We needed a vehicle to replace our 15-year-old Corolla, and had decided on a newer CRV… then we learned that we had to travel 1400 km to Orangeville for a family funeral. From the minute I called, Kim made it clear that she was going to make it happen for us - and she did, with caring and kindness and efficiency and absolute competence. When we went to pick it up, everything was ready, and our long drive home was as enjoyable as an exhausting marathon can be, thanks to her hard work and dedication. Kim made buying a car fun, even in difficult circumstances. She’s a gem. Oh, and the car is great too, but it’s the incredible service that made the whole thing such a positive experience. I purchased my second car from Orangeville Honda, It was a used Honda Pilot we were told we were getting a great deal it had $10,000 worth of extras. We picked it up the day before I had my third baby. When a used Honda Pilot we were told we were getting a great deal it had $10,000 worth of extras. We picked it up the day before I had my third baby. When we got home the drivers car mat had a huge hole in it and the snow tires were bald. No one at the dealership would deal with me regarding the snow tires I had to deal with the owner. Selling a car with bald tires. I was told the Summer tires were 50% left on them. I drove with those for three months then put on my snow tires. Now today I have to put brand new summer tires on my car because they are not safe and the brakes don’t look like they have been serviced so now an added cost in the fall that I will have to do. More

I would like to thank Dan, the service manager as he heard my story that my mom was in hospital and therefore she had not had the tires on her car changed. Becareful with the service department at this dealership. The manager and his assisstant have very little knowledge of vehicles and will sell unneccessary work. Pricing, inventory and recommendation of suitable tires for customer vehicles is terrible. You can find better pricing and so forth from local competitors. Before you say yes to brake work and other get a second opinion, there has been lots of substandard and non required work recommended here. Additionally here some repairs for labour are quoted alot higher than need be and can generally be performed alot cheaper at other shops More

Useless service team! I’ve had the radio replaced 2 times for the same issue which was taken in for about five appointments wasting hours of my time. I was having issues with the auto lock/unlock and they to for the same issue which was taken in for about five appointments wasting hours of my time. I was having issues with the auto lock/unlock and they told my wife that it was caused by my window tint what a joke. While fixing my stereo for the second time I had a concern about the transaction as it was acting weird the night before and when they couldn’t find anything wrong they charged a ridiculous service fee. So if you have a concern make sure it is realistic bad before you take in in or you will be charged. So much for preventive maintenance. Will not be going back! More

Horrible Experience Bought a used Hyundai GT from this dealership. First, nothing was repaired that was agreed upon in the written agreement. There was a mouse nest built up in the engine block if you can believe that that the Honda Orangeville mechanic found. So that tells me that this car was never inspected at all. Secondly, so many issues started occurring after 2-3 weeks. The engine light came on. I took it back to Orangeville Honda, and it apparently it was related to the gas tank. There was a gas line leak happening, and it was so dangerous that sparks were coming out of the gas tank when checked by the mechanic. Of course, after fixing that problem, the engine light came back on again after a few days and I had to take it back again. They could not find the problem and told me maybe it could be electrical so just ignore it as being something serious. I couldn't believe they told me this. I decided soon after a month hoping that the engine light would go off, which didn't of course, I could not ignore this any further, so I took it to a Hyundai dealership to have it checked. Of course they found the problem right right away and apparently it was all related to the charcoal canister, and they said Honda would easily have known about this by simply doing a diagnostic. I told this to the used car department at Orangeville Honda about this, but because it was over the 30 day warranty that they would not do anything about it. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Buyer beware! More
