Truck was posted to their website (for many days) before going through their shop. We contacted one of the employees through facebook to view the truck asap. Drove two hours to see a truck that was in less than exceptional condition for sale. The sales Associates had no knowledge of the truck and details. Repairs would need to be made before a safety could even be performed. Miscommunication and delays from the dealership. We were also misled, rather than lied to directly about work being done on the truck and the delivery date was pushed more than once. As a business owner, it was made very clear that it was costing us more money to wait longer for the truck, in which they “rushed” to have it done in hopes they could just drop it off to our home two hours away. They did not contact us as requested to ensure we were still prepared to sign the agreement. They licensed the vehicle without our knowledge and without a signed agreement of purchase. The manager was unaware of the details and made accusations that we would “have to take the truck”. Until I advised we had not signed the agreement, he was very unprofessional and demeaning. I advised of our unhappiness with all that transpired and requested our deposit be returned asap. The deposit cheque was not returned for another week after it was requested. Arrangements could have been made to pick up the cheque sooner but the employees refused to take my calls. I had to follow up numerous times while still trying to find another vehicle for the business in the meantime. There are many other details that can be proven with written emails and text messages. Upon picking up truck on delivery day I couldn't beleive it. He went out of his way and purchased a cherry pie on his own for me. Day after receiving truck he even met me at dealer and we resolved an issue with an item that came on truck. Definitely a big asset to the dealer. More

I got my used car from this dealership and Shamar my sales personnel was very helpful. When I took the car for test drive it had my name printed on a paper which was very personable, nice touch, it sure sales personnel was very helpful. Danny the owner came to say hi, Alex and Joshua and Brad were all very professional. I can highly recommend this dealership and their service. The ownership paperwork and licence plate was rushed from Service Ontario Orangeville location, which helped with receiving my new car in no time! If I could rate the service department at this dealership a ZERO I would. I took my dodge ram 1500 into for servicing because the outdoor cab light kept flickering repeatedly on the dash and started to drain a ZERO I would. I took my dodge ram 1500 into for servicing because the outdoor cab light kept flickering repeatedly on the dash and started to drain my battery to the point where my vehicle kept dying. I figured I would take it to the dealership since they would be best at fixing the issue if there was a wiring problem. After hooking it up to the machine they determined it keeps flickering because the light bulbs were out. They put new bulbs in and gave it back to me saying the issue was fixed, charging me over 150$. I picked the truck up and it died in my driveway again the next morning. I took it back the next day and they then claimed it was because the button was getting stuck in the cab, causing the light to stay on but they didn’t have the part and it was going to be another 225. I drove out of the dealership and the engine light came on so I circled back and made a bit of a “scene”. One of the mechanics asked me what is wrong and I explained what happened. They said they would take a button off their rentals outside to see if it worked. Long story short it obviously didn’t fix the issue meaning they tried to charge me for something for no reason. They then said would work with me and get me a rental so I could go to work and would fix the wiring (the “new” issue) for free but it would be a few days because they’re really busy. They never called me after I left to get me a rental or fix the issue. They had the AUDACITY a month later to phone me that the button I clearly didn’t need was in and that my oil change was due. I told them on the phone I would NEVER come back here because of their crappy service. They just said “ok have a nice day” never asking what happened. I took my car to another shop and they told me it was just a battery issue that it is tripping the truck because it’s under 9 volts. They told me this is one of the easiest problems to fixed and asked me about random flickering lights/engine lights coming on without me telling them it happened. They also printed out the report and gave me a new battery. I’ve haven’t had any issues with my truck since. Thanks for ripping off a woman dodge. I would never ever recommend taking my vehicle here and never dealing with Eric the service person in my entire life. More
Horrible service. They low ball you for your trade in and then sell it for twice what they gave you for your trade in. I was told on Monday afternoon by the service advisor that my flat tire was covered under our. Gold … warranty, so I dropped it off on that night , went to pick it up on the Tuesday night, I had to pay for the repair, no phone call during the day to tell me I’d have to pay , I paid and took my truck the spare tire was in the box they didn’t even rehang it under the truck i, called the advisor Wednesday morning talked to him for 2 minutes and then he says he has another customer and would call me back in 5 minutes , that was 2 days ago lol More
