Great service again waiting at skytrain for 10 minutes and car will not start, dead battery, second time in 2 weeks. Phone Open Road VW, my usual service advisor answers waiting at skytrain for 10 minutes and car will not start, dead battery, second time in 2 weeks. Phone Open Road VW, my usual service advisor answers and recognizes my number. Gives me the number for roadside service, in 20 minutes the car is running and I drive into the service dept. Service advisor listens and puts car in for service immediately, nothing wrong with charging system or battery??? The suggest leaving car overnight to ascertain if there is a current drain. Next morning get a call, battery has been replaced free of charge. The charging system was ok, no drain on battery however the battery failed. Great service and good diagnosis. More
