I had two recent experiences with Open Road Toyota. One was an issue with a part that failed, causing my car not to run properly, and another with a failed radio/screen. In the first case I just dropped into the service department. I described the issue and they knew exactly what the problem was. They offered to fix it right away. They did! In the second instance the radio/screen stopped working. Sadly this required a replacement. They brought in the new one and installed it in about half an hour. Mikaella was the person I dealt with. Very efficient and personable. I was in and out in short order, and happily went on my way. Thank you for the great service, both times! More
