Took my car to Openroad Hyundai in October of 2023 to have an issue with the rain sensing wipers. They found that the sensing pad that is stuck on the windshield was starting to come away from the glass. have an issue with the rain sensing wipers. Called in January of 2024 to see if they had it yet and was told nothing had arrived. Called Jim Pattison Hyundai to see if they had a replacement pad and had the pad 2 days later. Seems that Openroad is not interested in helping customers out. I'll be dealing with Jim Pattison Hyundai going forward. More
Quentin Fong is extremely rude using abusive language to ask the customer to make the deal at the day, and also constantly calling asking for the deposit. Worst Hyundai dealership in auto mall, rude service team who have zero knowledge on how to fix issues, their repair costs are crazy high compared to other repair shops. They have a tendency to blame the cus who have zero knowledge on how to fix issues, their repair costs are crazy high compared to other repair shops. They have a tendency to blame the customer instead of their people repairing the car. I had an issue with a new Hyundai vehicle, was a headache to get it fixed and the issue came back couple months after it was fixed. I have to pay 200$ again to have the diagnostics done. I talked to the manager about the rude behavior of the service department front desk person and he showed me his own attitude trying to say it’s not their fault. There is no concept of customer service at this dealership. I would suggest everyone to stay away from this dealership and try other Hyundai dealerships in Vancouver. More

Every time I've entered the dealership, they've been extremely friendly and helped me out for any questions and servicing tasks required. Service desk was extremely helpful and informed me of an update/ extremely friendly and helped me out for any questions and servicing tasks required. Service desk was extremely helpful and informed me of an update/minor notice that I had missed for my vehicle and was able to slot that in within the time alloted. Great team More
