Careful who is in charge with your service You need to know who is in charge with your services. We want to go into the service center to try to listen some professional advice or at least try to solve the problem we had but not wasting our time to listen that you blamed Honda rain sensor was a crap compare to BMW's rain sensor. I bought my brain new Honda Civic 2016 this year and I lived more closer to OpenRoad Honda, so I decide to take my service here. I had windshield wiper keep having a noise sound few months ago, I drove into the OpenRoad service and they can't find any problem with it so they don't fix it. Until I record a video to proof the sound then they finally realize the wiper defected. They changed the wiper for free but it wasted my two weekend days to stop by and wait around the store for few hours. Not sure if this is worth the price. (With Tom) I booked a service change oil on Nov/15/2016 online and leave a note that I need a loaner car cause I need to get to work. On Nov/24/2016, I drove my car in to the store at 8:00 am sharp, they told me they don't have any loaner car reserved for me. As a result, I have to make another appointment on Nov/28/2016. Another great example of wasting my time. I sent a email of those matters to the service of OpenRoad Honda. Service Manager quickly responds and re-confirmed my schedule. On Nov/28/2016, Norman take cares my service smoothly and also text me when my car is ready for pick up. Highly recommend him. Normally, the service department staff are equal but not for this place, you need to pick the one that works best for you. More

Excellent service! Went in today to get an emergency tire repair. l didn't have an appointment and they were pretty much booked up. Still they managed to squeeze me in, Went in today to get an emergency tire repair. l didn't have an appointment and they were pretty much booked up. Still they managed to squeeze me in, coming back severally to let me know what was going on which was really appreciated, got my tire patched after another dealer had mentioned it couldn't be fixed and I'd have to shell out about $100 for another not so top notch tire. I ended up getting my tire fixed and car washed and vacuumed plus the other tires checked as well and I didn't have to pay a dime because I was covered by my extended warranty. Best advice I got when purchasing my car from this same dealership was adding a little more money for the extra coverage and it's come in really handy so far. As a single parent I don't have a lot to spare so I almost didn't get it but boy am I glad I bought it. All in all I love this dealership and the service so far. 2 Thumbs Up!! More

Pulled out engine components and returned vehicle to me Here's the scam this dealership pulled on me: I had my timing belt done at another repair shop a few months ago. I came into the service area for a t Here's the scam this dealership pulled on me: I had my timing belt done at another repair shop a few months ago. I came into the service area for a timing belt adjustment to the tensioner. I was picked up by Honda from work to urgently view some problems with the previous work which they said would require them to redo the whole timing belt job showing me some parts that seemed to have been reused, grinded etc. They even showed me some parts that were missing rubber bushings etc., photographs taken of bad parts etc. Mentioned to me that the belt could have slipped off the teeth causing irreversible damage. Decided to check with the other shop who originally did my repairs, they said to bring it in and they would do a full warranty on the work. I ask Honda rep Robert Fry to talk to original shop to arrange towing the vehicle out of Honda but ignores his calls and tries to urge me on to do the whole timing belt job with Honda at a cost of 1400.00+. I DO NOT authorize the work that Honda is to do and finally get car towed back to the original private shop for the warrantied repairs but realize that they have already begun disassembly of the engine components and do not put anything engine components back the way they were when I originally brought the car in. Did I mention that I did not authorize any engine work to repair or disassemble anything. I also had to pay $250.00 to have my car given back to me in worst shape then when it was brought in. To put it short, the Honda dealership was trying to gauge me for another unnecessary timing belt repair when they knew it was done somewhere else under warranty and became angry by literally disassembling my engine when I took it somewhere else. More

Great Car Buying Experience I bought my Civic from this Open Road Honda and I really love it. I visited more than 5 dealerships before I made the final decision and my dealer Phi I bought my Civic from this Open Road Honda and I really love it. I visited more than 5 dealerships before I made the final decision and my dealer Phil who is friendly and patient was one of the reason why I chose Civic and this dealership. There was no pressure and he was like a friend trying to give an advice on the car purchase. Of course, he was professional when we were working on papers :) If you are considering buying a Honda (or comparing Honda with other brands), I strongly recommend this dealership and Phil for your best experience.
