Customers beware. They have lost my business forever! At a recent servicing, they said that my cabin air filter needed changing and the cost would be $88.00. This They have lost my business forever! At a recent servicing, they said that my cabin air filter needed changing and the cost would be $88.00. This is a job that takes less than a minute to do, so this price is outrageous. . I did it myself with a filter from Canadian Tire (about $25) and one minute of my time. I wonder how may of their customers get duped into paying this ridiculous amount.They also wanted $175 to upgrade my "free" map., I concluded if they overpriced these simple tasks, how can they be trusted on any significant repair. I'll take my car elsewhere and I won't buy any more hondas. More

I responded today to a FB marketplace ad for an upcoming 2024 Honda Civic Type R Allocation. I was then called by the OpenRoad Honda sales representative and told for me to qualify for this vehicle and be g 2024 Honda Civic Type R Allocation. I was then called by the OpenRoad Honda sales representative and told for me to qualify for this vehicle and be given an appointment …I would have to agree to the following: *Must have a desirable Trade in. *NO CASH -Must be a lease for 24 months with IN-HOUSE lease financing only! Specified it CANNOT be the Honda Canada lease. The customer buyout will be determined by the dealership exclusively no negotiations. *Must take extended warranty as per dealer recommendation. Warranty extension period must be a minimum of 7 years. *Must take accessories added as per dealer recommendations. When I called Honda Canada to complain about their business practices… Honda Canada‘s only concern was that the Dealership was not specifying, a Honda lease! Hey Honda Finance wants it’s dollars $$ too! ;) Subsequently within an hour of phoning Honda Canada, I got another message from the sales rep asking me to call him. The “Manager” has NOW changed his mind ;) And yes, you can NOW use Honda Finance for the lease period! I can’t throw the sales rep under the bus for this… He’s just doing what the management of this dealership is directing to the sales force. I totally understand it’s a desirable vehicle… But this is out right extortion at best! Avoid this dealership at all cost… it will be interesting to know what the final dollar value will be for this Type R! The “lucky” winner of the highest finance charges /undervalued trade in / extended warranty & the most add on vehicle accessories wins!! Good work OpenRoad Honda … you must be proud of your business practices! More

Amar and Inder have made the experience of shopping for a pre-owned vehicle feel peaceful and pressure-free. Inder comes across as honest and helpful at finding something that suits my needs. Amar is responsive and has made himself available for all of my questions. I would recommend doing business with them if you are looking for a pre-owned vehicle. First time I came to this dealer at 2019. Even though I was happy with the sales person at that time but the financing manager was very bad. Recently, I came back to trade in my CIVIC. Unfortunately I had was happy with the sales person at that time but the financing manager was very bad. Recently, I came back to trade in my CIVIC. Unfortunately I had to deal with same financing manager. The financial manager here seems doesn't have integrity. She tried to sell comprehensive insurance, than she mentioned that I also have to add comprehensive insurance with ICBC as a rule. What a ripe off ! Also there is a lot of miscommunication between financial and sales department that can cause confusing and some pop up fee at the end. More
