Whitby Hyundai is an entirely new experience and Frank D left an impression on me which would have won my brand loyalty alone- that is if the vehicle didn't win it first. I will keep my praise short - Frank D is a an easy going person with a heavy focus on details. He knows his vehicles but whats more - he knows the vehicle is what is going to win your heart, not how much you talk at someone. His entire approach is personable, friendly and is someone you just want to touch base with after the sale to see how life is. Finally, a professional sales person We were recently out looking for a new vehicle and visited a number of dealers of various makes including another Hyundai dealer. We called Ontario Hy We were recently out looking for a new vehicle and visited a number of dealers of various makes including another Hyundai dealer. We called Ontario Hyundai and were lucky enough to get Phil to answer our call. I told him the vehicle we were interested in and what accessories we were looking for and that we would like to arrange a test drive. We set up a time and he asked us to text him just before we came in. He even asked what colours we were interested in. I texted him only 10 minutes before our arrival. We came in to be greeted by Phil with a smiling face and a friendly manner. The exact vehicle with the correct accessories was sitting out front running, just washed and fully gassed. It was even in the colour we were considering. He gave us a quick run down on the controls and adjustments, then told us to take it out on a test drive and take as long as we needed. When we came back after driving the car, we had already decided that this was the vehicle we wanted. Phil's friendly and knowledgeable information thoroughly presented without any pressure to buy quickly convinced us that this was where we wanted to buy it. The end result was that Phil was able to get us a really good deal and we bought the vehicle that Phil had prepared especially for us. Actually, that was the end result but not the end of our interaction with Phil. When we came to pick up the car, he was standing by and spent well over an hour showing us all the functions of the car and setting up our personal screens and blue tooth phones making sure that we were fully comfortable with our new vehicle when we left the dealer. When we got home, we had an e-mail thanking us again for buying from him and our picture with the new vehicle, we even got a call the next day from Phil asking if everything was good and if we had any questions and inviting us to call him anytime 24/7 if anything cropped up. I am very impressed with this experience and would encourage anybody looking for a Hyundai to call Phil at Ontario Hyundai. His courteousness and knowledge will make buying a new vehicle a pleasure More
