Poor customer service I have purchased two vehicles from Hyundai within a year. The first vehicle purchase was very smooth and I had no complaints. Unfortunately a few months after I got the Tucson someone rear ended me and it was written off. So of course I went back to Hyundai expecting it would be as smooth and painless as my first interaction with them. I was very wrong. I had a very bad experience with them and continue to. I had body work done on the vehicle as a condition to my purchase. Within a week of taking my vehicle home the body work started bubbling again. I called Dan porter to get this looked at, left him many messages and emails and he did not return my messages. I then went to the BBB. It is not until then that I had the General Manager contact me and get it sorted out! then I wen to change my winters to all seasons and they didn't come with rims, they wanted to charge me $80 so I went back to dan and asked him why I didn't have rims as when I bought my last vehicle they came on rims. He waived the $80 for me and said he would get me some rims. To this day I haven't heard back from him. More
