Quick turnaround and absolute customer support. Went to the dealership for a used car they where selling and Jordan the sales person was very knowledgeable about the history of the car. Jordan went above and beyond and even turn over the keys to me on the scheduled pick time and date with a full tank of gas. Will recommend this place to friends and family. More

Worst dealership I have ever dealt with Nothing but problems. 1. Treat women like they are stupid. Talked down to me and told me that my car didn't even have the part I was looking to get Nothing but problems. 1. Treat women like they are stupid. Talked down to me and told me that my car didn't even have the part I was looking to get fixed. Refused to fix it. I drove to Ajax and they fixed it no problem. They also give women carnations (very condescending) 2. Brought car in to have something fixed under warranty. Told me my car is not under warranty. Took it to Ajax. Fixed under warranty with no issues. 3. Bought and serviced my car only at Ontario Hyundai for first year. In winter, went to change tires and found that the wheel lock release was not in the car. Went to Ontario Hyundai to have the tires removed. Was advised that they would not help me and blamed me for losing the release mechanism. I will never go there again. I live in Whitby and will drive the extra distance to Ajax. Don't know how they are still in business More
