Excellent customer service We met with Rahim in May as we were interested in purchasing a new vehicle. Once we met Rahim we basically told him what we were looking for. He showed us a few options until we saw the Hyundai Santa Fe Sport and we knew that was what we were looking for. Rahim answered all our questions and concerns and was quite knowledgeable about the Suv we purchase. What was truly amazing was the day we picked up the car Rahim was not scheduled to work but he actually came in to meet us that to us was exceptional. Habib also was amazing doing the financing as he was quite honest with us.. It was a pleasure dealing with Rahim and Habib they both just have great personalities. Excellent staff, excellent service Rahim was a pleasure to work with! I told him what I was looking for and what my budget was. He didn’t hesitate to get me the vehicle I wanted for the Rahim was a pleasure to work with! I told him what I was looking for and what my budget was. He didn’t hesitate to get me the vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted. I was disappointed when he said it would be 10-12 weeks before delivery, but a great car is worth the wait. 2 weeks later, Rahim called me and offered me a deal I couldn’t refuse!! My car, just in a different colour. He didn’t want me to have to wait any longer. What a thoughtful salesman! I would recommend and encourage you to go see Rahim at Ontario Hyundai! More
