I originally called the dealership to inquire about a Challenger. I spoke with Fawaz Hossein who was very friendly and accommodating. The next day I met Fawaz at the dealership, and was greeted with a Challenger. I spoke with Fawaz Hossein who was very friendly and accommodating. Although I wasn't crazy about the color of the indigo blue Challenger in the showroom, Fawaz insisted that I see it outside in the sunlight. So he had the vehicle taken outside for me. Boy, was he right! The color popped nicely in the sunlight. We went for a test drive, and I asked him to drive, because I hadn't driven a stick in many years. He took me on a nice ride, and showed me how the vehicle performs, all the time explaining the specifics of the car, and answering my questions. While back at the dealership, he calmly stated that he thinks that I should drive the car. I agreed, and while driving, he was very patient with me and encouraging while I got re acquainted with driving a stick. By the time we got back to the dealership, I was sold!! We made a deal, and completed all required paperwork. I left the dealership that day, a very happy customer. In the days that followed, Fawaz kept in contact with me by phone call and text, updating me on the progress of the car being ready for pickup, and answered my questions. When I attended the dealership for pickup, I again was met with a friendly smile and handshake. He had everything ready, and the vehicle was immaculate. He took me outside and explained in detail the many functions and options in this vehicle. When I drove out of the lot, I was a very happy customer, knowing that I had been treated properly and fairly. After I got home, I received a phone call from Fawaz who wanted to know how my drive went. I told him that it went excellent, and that he gave me one of the most satisfying, fun, and enjoyable sales experiences that I have ever had! His professionalism, friendliness, and sense of humor is outstanding. He said to reach out to him anytime at all, if I ever want or need anything.
