All of the staff I interacted with at the dealership were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Nick in particular was truly exceptional. He took the time to understand the type of vehicle I was looking for, he explained and did a cross comparison of the different options both of Chrysler vehicles and those of the competition. I followed up with some research of my own afterwards and everything he told me in terms of performance and price options for different vehicle makes and models was bang on. He really knows his stuff and he has a friendly and open style that made me feel comfortable immediately. Hard sell pressure tactics were never used, and he was always quick to respond whenever I called or emailed him with a question. Nick went the extra mile to make this deal happen, and when it came time to negotiate a price he worked to get me the best price for the vehicle which I compared against what other Chrysler dealerships were ready to offer. After having dealt with some questionable sales staff at some other dealerships, it was great to find a dealer and a sales person that I felt I could trust. The car was immaculate when I picked it up, all the paperwork was taken care of, and Nick took the time to give me a thorough review of all the car's features, and all the bonuses that came with my purchase i.e., five years of roadside assistance, free satellite radio etc. I recommend Ontario Chrysler to anyone looking for a great vehicle, and who still believes in supporting our domestic auto industry, and Nick in particular to anyone looking for a fantastic car sales representative.
