i was shopping around for 7 passenger vans all week, i was shopping around for 7 passenger vans all week, looked at few brands, Came in the dealership on Saturday under heavy rain and your salesperson M i was shopping around for 7 passenger vans all week, looked at few brands, Came in the dealership on Saturday under heavy rain and your salesperson Mr.Maged Rassas took the time to show me all the vans, he drove each van for me and brought it to the front so me and my son don't get soaked from the rain, showed us all options and we went in the office a made a quick deal, to be honest i would never think to buy a Dodge caravan i always preferred japanese cars but i was convinced within half an hour, i liked the Family Value deal on the vans and i felt i am getting my value for the money. After we signed the papers Mr.Maged showed us around the dealership and explained everything about the service department which made things more comfortable. I Cant wait to pick up my Van tomorrow!! In my case and what seriously made the difference, Maged was a good listener to my needs when I stepped in his office. Took my concerns about the car models I was interested in, engine power, gasoline consumption, color and most important is my budget. Drawing my guidelines and needs for buying a car was the base of Maged's proposals. A done deal in less than 2 hours between car showing and test drive to close it. 45 kilometers from home and the horrible traffic almost set me back, but, it turned out to be a great experience of buying my dream RAM1500. Ontario Chysler Jeep Dodge is amazing, not because of its considerable inventory, but its greatest service provided by those personable, knowledgeable, respectful salespersons! Before going to this dealer, I had been very frusltrated for not driving a truck home after visiting 4 Chryslers and 3 Fords. So, I did some google work and found that Ontario Chrysler has a good reputation with big RAM inventory and made a try to quote the the price on some RAM 1500 from their well built website. To my surprise, my inquiry was replied very soon by Dianna Ricketts and Marc Vanacker. Dianna also called me to find out what I need... When I met with Dianna, she already picked out a few trucks that meet my needs and narrowed down to two for my final decision. I believe that none would refuse to acknowledge that price negotiating is the less "funnest" part of buying process, but Dianna was low pressure and reasonable. She worked together with her manager, Robbie, to look out for the best interest of mine and made this aspect of the process as painless as possible. Finaly, I rang the bell for the deal. I have to say, the greatest part of their service is that it gets no 'discount' after sale but goes thru the whole process and from everyone not just the saleperson alone. On the day of the delivery, Dianna picked the plate number to my favorite, reminded me of all the TO-DO and NOT-TO-DO for maintainment, sync-ed truck's Bluetooth to my phone. Marc Vanacker explained with patience a warranty term, and a mechanic (shame on me for forgetting his name) went out of his way to help me beat the traffic home, he also showed me how to use some features of the new truck. No wonder Ontario Chrysler is the #1 Chrysler retailer! More
