Nick was very fair in his negotiating and offered some suggestions that I hadn't thought about. I never felt I was being uncomfortably pressured in any way. He was there to help. I purchased on Saturday and was scheduled to pick up on the Wednesday. I had some accessories and upgrades that were to be added to the vehicle. He followed that truck the whole way through giving me phone/voicemail/email updates as to its progress. He handled all my insurance paperwork and when I arrived, my truck was finished and waiting for me. We did some paperwork, had a laugh and then he showed me to my truck and spent some time setting up my phone in the blue tooth and making sure I understood everything about the vehicle. I would definitely purchase from Nick and Ontario Chrysler in the future. More
