Since I am a new comer to Canada, I never thought that baying a car will be that easy. Rassas I told him that I want a Honda Civic 2010 and it must be white, to my surprise he inform that my car is there and asked me to came and test drive it . When I went to the dealer location I found maged to be friendly hospitable to me and my wife and patient with all my question, he explain to me in my language how the proses work and gave many advice regarding insurance which I found to be very helpful . he convince me and within tow hours I have my own car . Walid Hassan was very helpful and courteous when I was shopping for a new vehicle (Dodge Journey, CVP 2014). Joe Perri was just fantastic to deal with... he listened to our needs, asked us what we wanted and THEN based on our "feature-demands" suggested what we should really consider - which was great. Otherwise, we may have walked away with a decent van - not a great one that we now have - thanks Joe. Joe's quite a character and very funny offering extremely personalized service. On seeing the million signatures I was doing on the paperwork, my 6-year old wanted to autograph as well... Joe actually went out of his way, to make another Bill of Sale - in my daughter's name and had her sign every place that I had... she could NOT stop smiling on having bought her first van! Before asking for the check, Joe took us out to the car - went over every little detail and feature, demo'ed the stow-n-go seats... and did it all so patiently. Rabih - the Sales Manager - was just great to deal with too... he was very patient, casual and friendly. Worked out a great deal on the leather, the rust... the works. Just before going to Onatrio Chrysler, we had been to another Dodge dealer in Mississauga, and while the service was great there, they didn't have the colours we wanted.
