On my first service visit I experienced some poor customer service. I gave a statement of facts on this site about my experience. He went to great lengths to make things right, right down to picking up my car and delivering it back after the parts came in. I want to thank Ontario Chrysler for taking charge of poor, but not awful, service and going the extra miles to ensure I was happy. I have no hesitation in recommending this dealer for service or sales, as I bought the vehicle there as well. Most of my dealings are with Scott Gillingham. I recently purchased a new Dodge Caravan. I knew the vehicle that I wanted and had been trying to price the vehicle at several new car Chrysler stores. I had travelled to Toronto to buy the vehicle and vehicle that I wanted and had been trying to price the vehicle at several new car Chrysler stores. I had travelled to Toronto to buy the vehicle and found the shopping experience to be very unpleasant and had shopped four dealers until I wound up at Ontario Chrysler. Two of the three previous dealers would not negotiate a price unless I paid a deposit which I absolutely refuse to do. The third dealer simply advised me they didn't have what I was looking for and the sales person walked away. By the end of the day I was irritated, tired and frustrated with the experience but I gave Chrysler one more try and went to Ontario Chrysler. This turned out to be the best decision of the day and I now wish I would have started there. I met with Ali Shahrawan and explained to him that I wanted to buy a van but a price would have to me negotiated without a deposit. This made it very difficult for him because management still wanted a deposit but Ali persevered and was able to get me the vehicle I wanted for a price that suited me. Ali is a very motivated, understanding and accommodating sales person. He represents his dealership well and it is because of his efforts that I purchased a vehicle there and will return to purchase my next one. The after purchase support and rapport at this dealership is very much like dealing with a small dealer. I have to say that I'm impressed with their sales and service and would recommend them to anyone. Thank-you Ali for your patience and perseverance. You are suited for this industry and will do well. I went to just look at what was on the lot and I was lucky enough to meet an Ali Shahrawan a sales representative for Ontario Chrysler. He took me through a vehicle that I was interested in and his knowledge on the vehicle was outstanding. I went back and bought the vehicle. I would strongly recommend Ali for anyone looking to buy a vehicle. I picked up the vehicle today and was very impressed; he did everything above and beyond what we discussed. Great job Ali!! My experience with Dianna over the years has been a very pleasant one. I had purchased a brand new Caliber from her back in 2006. She was not pushy nor arrogant and listened to what my needs were. She worked very hard to accommodate my budget, and get me the car I wanted. It took about 2 months before I actually made the purchase. Dianna never once pressured me during those months and let me make my decision on my own. I did go back to Dianna once more a few years later to purchase a Grand Caravan and again no pressure no pushy tactics and always a pleasure doing business with her.
