After finding the vehicle I was interested in online, I was directed to Ontario Chrysler. I emailed the dealership to find out if the vehicle was still available and Matthew Techlowicz replied within a co was directed to Ontario Chrysler. I emailed the dealership to find out if the vehicle was still available and Matthew Techlowicz replied within a couple of hours, which was quicker than any other dealers or individuals I emailed. Matt and I emailed back and forth, so as I answer all my questions and to set up a time to test drive the vehicle. Matt even was willing to come into work earlier so as to accommodate my schedule. Matt gave us the details of the vehicle and was very laid back in his approach, which I really appreciated. He wasn't pushy and I appreciated his honesty, that if he didn't know an answer, he would find out, which he did for each question that I had. I also felt like Matt was working for me when it came time to negotiate an offer. I walked away feeling like I got a good deal on my vehicle and that I was looked after well. It was a 1 hour commute for me one way to come and see the vehicle, so I appreciated Matt's willingness to even get things ready for me the day I purchased the vehicle, if I wanted, so as to save me another trip to pick it up. I didn't take him up on the offer, but I really appreciated it. I must say that the 1 hour commute was well worth the drive for the quality, price and treatment I received by going to Ontario Chrysler and dealing with Matt Techlowicz. 66 years old and my first new vehicle. Even though I was buying through Chrysler employee family plan and could only afford a reasonable priced model Ted treated me as helpfully and friendly as if I was buy buying through Chrysler employee family plan and could only afford a reasonable priced model Ted treated me as helpfully and friendly as if I was buying the most expensive of cars. He went to great lengths to find the colour I wanted and it was even delivered to my house by the loveliest older couple.
