I have dealt with Gord Pich and this dealership for over 6 years. I had my parents buy through Gord as well since I wanted them to be treated fairly with their car purchase (plus they loved my Caliber and w 6 years. I was always treated royally and that is why I returned for my latest vehicle after me and my car were injured in a car accident last October. I have never felt rushed or pressured with Gord and he took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the car I wanted to purchase and that I knew all the options available. He was patient to let my husband come out the next day to try out my latest car before I made my purchase. Even though it was a used car, Gord and his team always made me feel as if dealing with me was a priority although I knew that they had many other customers making bigger purchases that day. I would very highly recommend Gord and his team at Ontario Chrysler to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. I know that Gord Pich and his team will always be my first choice in the future. Happy shopping! More

I drove into Ontario Chrysler as my 5th Chrysler Dealership that day and met Richard for the first time. I asked him if he had my specific request car, being a white Chrysler 300 2011-2013 with Pan Dealership that day and met Richard for the first time. I asked him if he had my specific request car, being a white Chrysler 300 2011-2013 with Panoramic roof and GPS. He indicated that in fact he did have a 2013 in stock. From that point on it was a matter of learning the dealership's procedures and warranties to close a deal. After negotiating with Richard and further with Robbie, we were able to come to a mutual acceptable price and consummate the deal. Thanks for the experience. More
