I consider myself a fairly well researched consumer and did my homework. I'm not sure how many of us have the dogged determination to research trucks and visit dealerships over the course of a year prior to making a purchase but, I would hazard to guess that it's in the minority. With this being said, when I finally did purchased my 2014 1500 Series Dodge Ram Sport I feel that I got the best possible deal from this team and this dealership. However, as in most cases as you would expect from the vast majority of dealerships, the relationship ends with a signature on a contract - that's not the case with this team. Not being your typical customer - being somewhat more demanding than the average to say the least, I had a list of specific changes and/or modifications that I felt needed to be made to the suit the final configuration of the truck that I wanted to drive. Bearing this in mind there was a fair number of e-mails, phone calls, and text messages that took place over the course of about a month or so during the time that my truck was being delivered that would have tested the patience of even the iron willed. Never once was my phone call, email, or text message not returned or did I ever feel put off and - all of my requests were accommodated. Joe is an exceptional employee, extremely knowledgeable and a great all round guy. He spent time with me going through all the features of the truck at the time I took possession at length and made the transaction smooth and effortless. This is my third purchase and by now you would be wondering why I would not look anywhere else. Anytime and every time I visit the dealership even for an oil change or service, I am treated like the only customer they have and it is even a better experience when I go in to say hello to the people who made my purchase the best experience ever! Excellent Service! Back in 2012 we purchased our first Dodge Caravan from Ontario Chrysler. After visiting a few other Dodge dealerships in the area, we came across some Back in 2012 we purchased our first Dodge Caravan from Ontario Chrysler. After visiting a few other Dodge dealerships in the area, we came across some not so pleasant sales people that left a bad impression on my wife and I. We visited Ontario Chrysler on Dixie Road in Mississauga as a last resort to find some good customer service and met Mike Kakish. Since the beginning Mike has been honest and reliable in helping us purchase our Caravan. He made the whole process easy and made us feel comfortable. In April 2014, we went back to visit Mike again to trade in our 2012 for a 2014 Caravan. He was able to get us exactly what we were looking for... both options and price.... and we experienced the same excellent service. We’ve also referred my father to Mike, who also purchased his new Dodge Charger in April 2014.
