Did NOT expect this reaction... We almost completely avoid large dealerships of ANY kind...we like the warm camaraderie of smaller, family owned businesses of ALL kinds, to purchase We almost completely avoid large dealerships of ANY kind...we like the warm camaraderie of smaller, family owned businesses of ALL kinds, to purchase those things that we need, and AVOID big box stores, big dealerships, big faceless firms that ONLY have THEIR self preservation in mind....it's quite rampant these days, we ALL become cynical about being taken advantage of. We saw an ad for a car that we thought would suit our needs, and HORRORS, it was a BIG dealership in Mississauga, and we said "eh, we'll find something else"....as we looked more, we could not quite find what we wanted, so, I just made an anonymous "inquiry" call about this Jeep,and was absolutely FLOORED, when the folks at Ontario Chrysler Dodge Jeep, almost MADE me WANT to come in, so we could meet each other, and though this is a "standard" feeling, there was definitely something "different" about this place. So we grudgingly made the trip to Mississauga, about a 40 minute drive, and figured we'd look, feel, see what we'd like about this car, and then leave with better information. From the moment we stepped in, it was a different experience than what we expected. We actually bought the car, we had a budget, the dealership had it's requirements, we made a very scary buying/looking trip into actually buying what we wanted, and at a price that matched our needs. We wanted to mention that THESE names should be remembered....GORD, JOHN, and Aamir.....these folks REALLY did make a difference...it was WORTH the drive to Mississauga. Everyone we dealt with did their utmost to help us make this the most enjoyable experience, they offered us great advice and helped with all the details. I would go back to them with any car need, or service issues, feeling that they would do their best for us. They really are an outstanding dealership. Happy Customer I was quite impressed with Marc from the moment I first met him. He listened carefully to determine what I was interested in and then was quite knowle I was quite impressed with Marc from the moment I first met him. He listened carefully to determine what I was interested in and then was quite knowledgeable about what the dealership had in stock that might satisfy my needs. He reminded me several times that they would be able to satisfy my needs. I was shown a few vehicles and then went for a test drive in one of them. Marc then offered to let me take a vehicle home to show my wife and get her opinion before I went ahead with a purchase. (very good suggestion because she didn't like the particular vehicle I had chosen!!!!) I did fine another model (slightly higher cost) that we are both pleased with and it is now sitting in my driveway.
