What a great car buying experience I was referred to Nick Khan through APA and would high recommend him anyone looking for a good, honest experience to go to him. I spoke to him on the phone and told him what I want and he gave me a quote approximation. He called me back two days later telling me that exactly what I wanted was on sale at a lower price! He was honest. Explained all costs so there were no surprises. Even texted me pictures of "my car" so I knew exactly what I was getting. When the accounting department called to ask if I was interested in additional warranty, I declined and that was that. No pressure! When I went to pick up my new car, he walked me through the entire car, all features and how they worked, explained payment stuff and clearly explained all forms. Also a nice touch was to be walked through the service center so that for future visits, I know where to go and what to expect. Added bonus: Nick called me the next morning to see how I was liking my new car. Nice Touch. Showed he cared :) More

The way she convince me it make me feel that she is not selling me a van while she making me her long term business partner who cares for each other benefits. Although i missed some accessories in this Van, which has great importance to me, like Fuel Cap Lock, Front and rear splash guard, Rubber mat, wheel locks, sunroof and side doors deflector, fuel saving device and due little high for my kids Running board and side Step. I will appreciate her effort to get me most of these accessories within same budget. I remain thanking. More
