New ram Mike went above and beyond when I was not sure myself if the deal was going to go through myself or not. I purchased my new truck on June 14th during an invitation only event at the dealership. Knowing that I was going on planned vacation leaving June 26th. I had a very tight window to get this deal done. I live and work in the niagara area and went to Ontario Chrysler based on the great service and Mike did not let me down. My first truck purchase was completed by Sam. I was scheduled to pick up my new truck on June 24. Mike tried to call late on Monday to advise the truck had not been delivered as planned. So I was delayed in getting to the dealership by around 1 hour. When I got to the dealership and seen the truck it was very different then my current one. I love the Ram boxes and in the new model the back seat is significantly smaller. Knowing that time was ticking by a suggestion was made to try to build a new 2015 model, turns out the ram boxes are not even an option. We move onto plan C there was a truck on the lot...the insurnace company was contacted for a 3rd time. Needless to say I am a proud owner of the a truck right off of the lot. Mike did a lot to ensure the success of the sale and would highly recommend Mike and the dealership to anyone who asks. Thanks ever so much. More

A Rainbow at The End of The Storm After owning my civic for 8 years we had a tragic goodbye in April of 2014. I was reluctant to own another vehicle, hell I was afraid to drive! Diann After owning my civic for 8 years we had a tragic goodbye in April of 2014. I was reluctant to own another vehicle, hell I was afraid to drive! Dianna became my car sales pillow to lay on!! She was able to find me a car that was relatively similar to the one I was driving. This was important to me because it made me feel safe, I was accustom to a certain size and feel and capturing that felt amazing. As a single female I had a tight budget yet Dianna was able to find me a car that not only fit my budget but came with additional roadside assistant in the event of a tire puncture all at no additional fee. The added safety is a bonus for me. I thought id never drive another car again! But i am happy to say at the end of that crazy storm i got my rainbow, my new baby, my 2009 Pontiac G3 Wave. Great Job I recently moved to Mississauga and brought my car into Ontario Chrysler for service. I did have the usual services for my car, but they were able to bring to my attention some repairs that were needed as well as some that were coming up in the future. I did not feel pressured to fix everything now and felt that they were fair and honest with me. I will be back to Ontario. Thank you. More
