I would highly recommend her to my closest friends and family. She is knowledgable, she is understanding, she is patient, and she does not use pressure as a sales tactic. But the greatest thing about her is that she understands people. I started my search for a car in February 2013 and just purchased and received my car last week 23-May-2014. Throughout my whole search my dealings with Dianna have always been very pleasant and effective. She is honest with the cars that she has available and the pricing that is possible. There are many other dealerships/sales people that tell you one thing but do another, this is not Dianna. She says and does what she promises. She will go to bat for you with her superiors if she has promised you something (most of the time it felt that she was working for me instead of the dealership!). I've visited many different dealerships and talked with many different sales people but in the end I came back to Dianna because I knew I could trust her -- she was able to get me the car that I wanted and the price that wanted. She is very dilligent in following up and very helpful -- even after the sale is made. This is my first Jeep Wrangler but it won't be my last, the next time I look for another one I would defintely go back to Dianna at Ontario Chrysler.
