Thank you I visited a few dealerships when I was searching for a used Ram 1500 pick-up for work and personal use. I wasn't comfortable to make a decision becaus I visited a few dealerships when I was searching for a used Ram 1500 pick-up for work and personal use. I wasn't comfortable to make a decision because most of the salesmen weren't listening to what I needed or wanted. They just wanted to sell me anything, one told me a minivan was all I needed. Rodger listened to my needs and contacted me a week later with a truck that was exactly what I needed, and the colour was not the usual White, Silver or Black. I am very pleased. Good work. New ram Mike went above and beyond when I was not sure myself if the deal was going to go through myself or not. I purchased my new truck on June 14th during Mike went above and beyond when I was not sure myself if the deal was going to go through myself or not. I purchased my new truck on June 14th during an invitation only event at the dealership. Knowing that I was going on planned vacation leaving June 26th. I had a very tight window to get this deal done. I live and work in the niagara area and went to Ontario Chrysler based on the great service and Mike did not let me down. My first truck purchase was completed by Sam. I was scheduled to pick up my new truck on June 24. Mike tried to call late on Monday to advise the truck had not been delivered as planned. So I was delayed in getting to the dealership by around 1 hour. When I got to the dealership and seen the truck it was very different then my current one. I love the Ram boxes and in the new model the back seat is significantly smaller. Knowing that time was ticking by a suggestion was made to try to build a new 2015 model, turns out the ram boxes are not even an option. We move onto plan C there was a truck on the lot...the insurnace company was contacted for a 3rd time. Needless to say I am a proud owner of the a truck right off of the lot. Mike did a lot to ensure the success of the sale and would highly recommend Mike and the dealership to anyone who asks. Thanks ever so much. More

I did have the usual services for my car, but they were able to bring to my attention some repairs that were needed as well as some that were coming up in the future.
