However, the service that my wife and I experienced was exceptional! We were treated like VIP's and the entire process was efficient and most importantly we felt very confident that we were be treated fairly and honestly in every aspect. Nick even provided additional cost savings over and above what the APA offer was based on and paid the final APA broker referral fee for us too. The entire purchase process was pleasant and we can actually say we enjoyed the experience!
