Car fixed right! I took my car to a different chrysler previously, and they told me that there was not anything wrong with it...however I had a dashboard light come on I took my car to a different chrysler previously, and they told me that there was not anything wrong with it...however I had a dashboard light come on and it was making a clunking noise. Regardless, I took my business to Ontario and have been pleased with the result. I worked with Grant in that drivein place and he was exceptional. He seems to care about his customers and made sure that I was kept up to date about my car. Turns out that there was something wrong...maybe the other dealership didn't know how to fix it. BUT its fixed now, thank you Grant and Ontario. More

As I was searching for a car purchase I didn't even have to think twice about where to go and look for my next vehicle purchase. The second I walked into the building I was greeted with smiles and offered a beverage. I met with Constantine who recognized me right away even after a couple of years of not seeing him. I spoke to him about wanting to test drive a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited and without hesitation he let me test drive it, gave me some information on payments and told me when I'm ready to come back. To me that is GREAT customer service. Their is no worse feeling of having someone pressure you to buy a vehicle. Its a horrible feeling as I have felt it before. I went into the dealership again and dealt with Constantine, drove the Jeep another time, looked over payments and finally made my decision. I dealt with Rajan Sabharwal who was a great help, he definitely took my budget into consideration and helped me get my dream car! Thank you to Constantine for all your help! you are great!
